Model History
Manufactured between 1966 and 1993, designed by Pininfarina.
A car from the second series – in 1970 first modifications were introduced to this iconic Alfa Romeo convertible manufactures since the 1960s, notably the rounded boot shape was dropped and replaced by a coda tronca style, which increased boot capacity. Front grill, door handles and interior were also tweaked. In terms of numbers, the 1300 version – 4557 cars made, 1600 Junior – 4848, and super veloce 38379 for the 2000SV and 1750 for the 1750SV.

Vehicle History
The car offered at the National Stadium auction is a classic example of well restored Italian spider. This car underwent a full body and paint restoration a few years ago. The deep red matches well the Pininfarina designed lines and arches of the car, on top of the top level restoration, this vehicle is the very sought for covered headlights version. Interior was also overhauled, new seat and panel upholstery was done and every other panel was cleaned or replaced. Engine was overhauled as well, now it can run on traditional 95 gas. All these elements make this small Italian roadster very attractive.
