Rolls-Royce serves Key lime pie on wheels

Michael Fux was clearly nibbling a Key lime pie while configuring his new Rolls-Royce Wraith. What else would explain this flashy green colour combination?

Customised down to the last stitch

Cuban mattress mogul Michael Fux – whose family struggled with poverty while he was growing up, but who became a self-made millionaire – is one of the ‘less discreet’ car collectors in the world, shall we say. If you’re familiar with his collection, you won't be surprised that he ordered his new Rolls-Royce Wraith not in piano black, but in a lime green and cream combination. The neon green interior is perhaps even more striking than the outside – the company’s official statement is a little less extravagant, however, drily pointing out that it is “special in every respect”. Also in the Fux stable is a McLaren P1 with bespoke input from McLaren Special Operations, including a very different (but no more discreet) shade of green.
