The Honda CB360 by Federal Moto is the perfect toy for autumn

The Canadian motorcycle manufacturer Federal Moto has built a custom Honda on a budget, perfect – possibly – for the forests of Alberta…

An urban terrain

In 2013, Justin Benson, Randy Venhuis, Shaun Brandt and Kyle Nichols set up a small, independent, custom workshop. The Canadians called their second machine (based on a Honda CB360) ‘The Couch Surfer’, as it was designed for a young customer on a budget. Federal Moto has reduced the motorcycle to its main components, with a revised engine, and given it Bridgestone TW42 tyres and a scrambler exhaust to create a genuine off-road toy. The forest probably won’t see much of the Honda, however, as the new owner is an urban type, who prefers exploring city streets to forest paths.
