Brabus sets up on London’s Park Lane

Mercedes-Benz tuner Brabus has officially inaugurated its flagship store on Park Lane, one of London’s most glamorous streets…

The German customiser has agreed a deal with supercar dealer Bob Forstner to display and sell a selection of its Mercedes-based creations through the latter’s exclusive London showroom on Park Lane. At an exclusive grand opening on Thursday evening attended by Classic Driver, potential customers were given a taste of the Brabus palette – which spans not only spin-offs from the Smart up to the G63 AMG 6x6, but also classics given a ground-up restoration at the company’s headquarters in Bottrop. On display during the launch event – hosted by Bob Forstner and Brabus CEO Bodo Buschmann – were a 280 SE 3.5 Cabriolet and a 300 SL Roadster, both restored to ‘better-than-new’ condition. “With our new Brabus flagship store in London, we want to be even closer to our demanding customers on the island,” said Buschmann. “We are delighted to have found the perfect partner in Bob Forstner and his team for our branch in the British capital.”
