enamel inscription CALENDRIER PERPÉTUEL above day
and month windows, three subsidiary dials for constant seconds,
30 minutes register and date combined with phases of the moon,
circular case, extended downturned lugs, snap on back with engraved
inscription Ma de Belen 5-VIII-1944, two rectangular chronograph
buttons in the band, original 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial
and movement signed
