Reddish faience ('terre de Lorraine') with white, only slightly translucent tin glaze, figurative painting with plant tendrils, flying birds and in the center motif of a village on a lake in Camaieu red and manganese blue with gold. Stand with three pass decoration; applied glass cabochons. Lid marked: E, Lorraine Cross, G, déposé, Emile Gallé à Nancy (iron red glaze stamp).
