The Volkswagen Type 1, better known as the ‘Beetle’, was born in 1938. Because of its rounded shapes, it was named ‘beetle’, obviously with different versions depending on the country and language. In Italy, it was the ‘Maggiolino’.

This car is probably the best-known German car in the world, a symbol of the industrial renaissance in Germany after World War II.
It currently holds the record for the longest-running car in the world, having been produced continuously for sixty-five years. In addition, it has long held the world’s best-selling car record.
In 1999, it was named one of the five most influential cars of the 20th century.

This 1970 Beetle is still identified as the ‘flat screen’ model for the shape of the windscreen, which is flat indeed.
The car is in good overall condition and working order. It still has its black MI number plates and vintage registration document.

Original paint only retouched in places.
It has never suffered any accidents.

All extra costs shall be borne by the buyer.

It can be shipped to Italy and abroad.
This car can be seen at our showroom in Reggio Emilia (Italy).
