Roger and Jacques Baillon appreciated the Talbot brand and their collection included several, including this Lago Baby cabriolet with coachwork by Guillore. Despite its condition, this car is relatively complete and, as for many other cars in the collection, no instruments are missing from the dashboard, since these cars have been for nearly 40 years well protected from intrusion of unwanted visitors. This Baby T15 is powered by the typical four-cylinder Talbot engine, with two lateral camshafts positioned high on the block (reminiscent of OHCs), and hemispherical combustion chambers. For the Baby, the capacity is 2.7-liters. The upholstery is original and next to the beautiful four-spoke steering wheel we notice the controls of the Wilson pre-selector gearbox, with all buttons and switches seeming to be complete. Some lower portions of the body have corroded and it is possible to decipher its old Parisian registration number: 3425 LK 75. This car, from a highly respected brand, has an interesting coachwork, which can make a very interesting restoration project.
