The introduction of the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow I in 1965 marked a radical modernisation for the brand.

In addition to the much more modern-looking design, the Silver Shadow had a number of features that were new to Rolls-Royce.

Such as disc brakes, a monocoque self-supporting construction and independent rear suspension. The most striking innovation was the hydropneumatic suspension system.

This is a car that starts straight away, idles nicely at 800 RPM, stops well, accelerates with power and shifts gears smoothly.

The original interior is still in neat condition as can be seen in the photos, the green leather is also beautiful in combination with the unique two-tone paint (the Rolls-Royce was resprayed in the Netherlands in April 2020). The woodwork is still in good condition.

The car is equipped with air conditioning and the original radio.
