Description

1931 Rolls Royce Phantom II Continental Sports Saloon by Mulliner, originally ordered on the 13th March 1931 by Mr and Mrs Allen, Cadogan Hotel, 75 Sloane St, London, S.W. Beautifully restored. In 1939 it was purchased by R.G. Lillywhite owner of the famous Sportswear store of Piccadilly Circus. The Lillywhite family proceeded to own 66GX for 60 years until 1999. Restored by a British engineer, GX66 has been set beautifully and drives exquisitely with the lightest steering we have ever known on a Phantom II. Features some unusual features including sheathed bonnet hinges and unusual wiper system encased in a long cylinder running across the windscreen top.
