The Porsche 356 is a series of coupes and sports cars produced from 1948 to 1966.
It can be considered the first ‘production’ model made by the Stuttgart-based company. In less than 20 years, different versions have appeared, with different engines ranging from 1.1 to 2 litres.
The name ‘Carrera’ first appeared on a more powerful 356 version with DOHC. The 356 marked an era with exceptional handling, lightness, reliability and grip, and it paved the way for the Porsche 911 of the future.
