A very fine Morgan 4/4 1600. This car was bought at Morris Stapleton, London on the 22nd February 1977. This one-owner car has a complete history from day one! The first owner bought the car in London when it had 150 miles on the clock. Even the bill of sale and the invitation to pay import duties (17th May 1977) are still present. The Morgan has never needed to be fully restored and has also had excellent service and maintenance. Invoices show the 1989 engine rebuild. By 1992 the Morgan has clocked up 26.948 miles and by the 19th January 2007 59,289 miles. The bodywork is still in excellent condition, it is very straight and perfectly aligned. The paintwork and chrome finishes are similarly perfect. The sound underbody is as good as new and of course rust-free. The car really is as good as new! It has various accessories including; power-assisted brakes, root wooden dashboard, two-tone lacquer, two aero screens in combination with a folding front screen, central stub-axle lubrication, Lucas fog lights, wooden Moto-Lita steering wheel and stainless steel luggage rack. This beautiful Morgan is in a superb and original condition and fully documented since day one. Truly unique!
