MG PB from 1935
Since 53 years in current ownership and part of an important car collection!
The MG P-type is a sportscar that MG manufactured from 1934 until 1936. The PA came on the market in 1934 and the PB one year later. You can recognize the PB through its grille with vertical bars and separate mileage and tachometers.
This particular example here is PB from 1935. Exceptional pretty in its two-tone colour combination with only 526 examples built.
Very exceptional: since 1969 – 53 years!!- in current long-term ownership and part of a great car collection. The car has been delivered new in the Netherlands by car importer Molenaars and had since 1935 only 3 owners, all in the Netherlands. The car is Dutch registered and on Dutch number plates. On the photos you can see the early number plates from previous owners of its past.
This lovely 4-cylinder is equipped with a 939 cc engine which delivers 43 hp. A great little car, great to drive, engine runs fantastic and car shifts well. The car has been restored in the early ‘70 years while the engine had a current rebuild and revision 2 years ago by a MG specialist in Belgium.
Technical and optical in very good state and condition. Car has a charming patina and of course, some signs of usage.
The car has comes with files and with a very lovely photobook from its past.
The car is a very well-known car in the MG Car Club and also Triple-M registered.
It is a delightful pre-war motorcar and a real enjoyment for the upcoming season and has been since the last 87 years! Something for real pre-war lovers!

Seit 53 Jahren im aktuellen Besitz und Teil einer bedeutenden Sammlung!
Der MG P-Type ist ein Sportwagen, den MG von 1934 bis 1936 gebaut hat Der PA kam 1934 auf den Markt und der PB ein Jahr später. Man erkennt den PB an seinem Kühlergrill mit vertikalen Balken und separaten Kilometer- und Drehzahlmessern.
Dieses besondere Exemplar hier ist ein PB von 1935. Außergewöhnlich hübsch in seiner zweifarbigen Farbkombination von nur 526 gebauten Exemplaren.
Sehr außergewöhnlich: seit 1969 – 53 Jahre!! – aktuell in langjährigem Besitz und Teil einer großen Autosammlung. Das Auto wurde vom Autoimporteur Molenaars neu in die Niederlande geliefert und hatte seit 1935 nur 3 Besitzer, alle in den Niederlanden. Das Auto ist in den Niederlanden zugelassen und hat niederländische Nummernschilder. Auf den Fotos sind die frühen Nummernschilder von Vorbesitzern aus der Vergangenheit zu sehen.
Dieser schöne 4-Zylinder ist mit einem 939-cm³-Motor ausgestattet, der 43 PS leistet. Ein tolles kleines Auto, großartig zu fahren, der Motor läuft fantastisch und das Auto schaltet gut. Das Auto wurde in den frühen 70er Jahren restauriert, während der Motor vor 2 Jahren von einem MG-Spezialisten in Belgien überholt und überarbeitet wurde.
Das Auto wird geliefert mit Geschichte und einem sehr schönem Fotobuch aus seiner Vergangenheit.
Das Auto ist ein sehr bekanntes Auto im MG Car Club und auch Triple-M registriert.
Es ist ein entzückendes Vorkriegsauto und ein wahrer Genuss für die kommende Saison und das seit 87 Jahren! Etwas für echte Vorkriegsliebhaber!
