This was the last production year of this 6-cylinder Roadster. The MG C was meant to replace the Austin Healey MKIII, which never progressed beyond the design phase. The MG C was only built for 2 years from 1967 to 1969, it is therefore a rare and valuable car and a good investment.

The 145 HP 2912cc line-6 engine starts and runs great. The exhaust was renewed, it produces a deep and unparalleled line-6 roar. The MG has a manual gearbox with overdrive, it shifts well and allows the 6-cylinder to come into its own. Engine and gearbox have matching numbers.

The MG drives, steers and brakes as it should. The car feels solid on the road and is very pleasant to drive.

The interior of the MG as well as the soft-top were recently replaced, they look very nice.

The MG’s body is sleek and stainless. The floor plates, beams etc have no rust, the underside was entirely protected with Tectyl.

The car has neat spoke rims with new tyres. The boot has a matching spare wheel with spokes and a new tyre, a jack and a special spanner.

The MG was recently serviced.
