This lovely MG A 1600 was owned for an amazing 39 years by its first owner. The car is still in very well-maintained condition. We supplied the car in 2018 to its last owner. Although the car was in good shape then, the previous owner did not want to take any chances. He invested over € 5,400.- in mainly preventative maintenance of his MG. The ignition was renewed, it had a major service and the hood was re-fitted. The car is more than worth this attention and has become an even better attractive proposition. This MG A has more on offer than its wonderful state of maintenance. The bodywork happens to be in fine shape with original, nice and thin panelwork. Of course the bodywork is correctly aligned. The paintwork is neat with a few minor blemishes. The hood closes securely and is in overall good condition. The interior trim is in lovey condition. The red leather has developed a beautiful patina over the years and the carpets are in a very good, original condition. All the switches and instruments are in good working order. The 1600 engine has two cold-air filters and sounds fantastic. Thanks to the diligent maintenance work the engine runs perfectly and the car has pleasant roadholding. Invoices of recent work as well as the original owner’s manual are present.
