This vehicle is equipped with a removable electric roof to transform it into a convertible.
This 500 SL runs really well, without mechanical problems, and the inside electric equipment works.
A real pleasure. It has always been serviced by Mercedes. The gearbox and engine drains were done in 2019 at 120,000 km.
The roof opens electrically without any problem.
The active body control works perfectly, the vehicle goes up and down whenever you want it to.
There are no error messages on the on-board computer (see photo).

The bodywork, paintwork and interior are in very good condition.

Here is a list of the small problems that exist on this vehicle:
- Paintwork: small dents from gravel. - A repair on the underside of the front spoiler (only visible if you lie down underneath the vehicle, see photo).
- Interior: light wear on the driver's seat.
- The glove boxes on the inside, on the driver's door and in front of the passenger's seat do not stay properly closed.
- Radiator temperature needle does not work (no worries of overheating, it's just the needle).
