The large 500 V8 engine starts immediately and doesn’t smoke.
The engine sounds good and drives well.

The automatic gearbox shifts well without any background noise.
The brakes work properly.

The whole chassis is in original condition and looks very good.
The engine bay is also fully original and looks good.

The paint is generally neat. Some parts have of course been resprayed during the last 20 years. Has some traces of wear and some small traces of use such as small dents.

The 4 original AMG rims have been re-coated and look great.
Two keys and 2 electric door locking boxes available.
No further service history available.

The luxury interior has many options. Seat heating and cooling, air conditioning, BOSE sound system, electric package, air suspension, height adjustable electric etc. The electric soft-top works well.

What makes this SL 500 unique is that it is one of the few with original ex factory air suspension.
