Dutch title - One owner for over 40 years - Very well presented example The first owner of this car, a Mr Miller, bought it in Stuttgart on 10 December 1958, and had the car delivered to Italy. He would have used the car there until 1960 when it was sent to Palo Alto, in California. The second owner, Mr Steven Victor Jr, kept it until 2005. Three other owners followed on : Pete Petro, Edward Geeping, and Fons Geevers, who brought the Mercedes back to Europe, importing it into Holland. This Mercedes 190 SL comes with its service book, insurance documents, period owner's manual and a copy of the Mercedes-Benz delivery note. Presented in white, the quality of the paintwork is extremely high. Inside the opulent passenger compartment, the red leather seats complement the practically new carpets. The dashboard, sporting superb chrome-framed instruments, is flawless, as is the ivory steering wheel complete with horn ring. The black hood is in perfect condition. This very pretty 190 SL was thoroughly restored a few years ago, to such a high standard that it remains in excellent condition today. Due to having such a small number of owners, one of whom kept the car for over 40 years and maintained it fastidiously, this elegant cabriolet is presented a condition that few other 190 SLs can match.
