The indestructible diesels went abroad en masse and probably still drive around somewhere, the petrol versions were driven until the end and ended up in scrapyards or used as donor cars.
This one is a 200 petrol car in a standard version. The car is very neat, nice paint and technically very good. Very recent complete brake overhaul carried out (discs / calipers / blocks) and technically fully checked. No rust except for a couple of small spots, it drives and shifts very well. The odometer reading is low and original, it’s noticeable from the beige interior which is in very good condition. The car still has a valid periodic inspection until the end of the year (21/12). The car was originally delivered in Germany, it has been with its second (Dutch) owner since 2008, they took very good care of the car.
You will not often see a Mercedes 200 in this neat and original condition (it even still has the original first-aid kit) with a low odometer reading, the W123 model is still increasing in value every year.
