The Lancia Fulvia Sport Zagato, daughter of the glorious 1960s, is certainly one of the most attractive models produced by Lancia.
As had already been the case with the Appia, Flavia and Flaminia, Lancia commissioned Zagato to make the sports version of the Fulvia, with an aluminium and very aerodynamic body, and only after 1968 did the bodywork become steel, with the bonnet, doors and spare wheel compartment door made of Peraluman.

A special feature of the Fulvia Sport Zagato was the tailgate that was electrically opened by a button on the dashboard. An electric motor positioned under the tailgate in the middle of the boot opening raised the tailgate a few centimetres, just enough to circulate air in the cabin. A luxury feature for its era.
The craftsmanship of the Fulvia Sport also led to an asymmetry in the shape of the mudguards, which was also retained on the bodies of the second series.

The Fulvia Sport 1600 went out of production after 800 units produced between 1971 and 1972.

The Fulvia Sport Zagato 1.6 S at auction has documents in order, regular number plate and is registered with ASI (historical register).

All the invoices of the maintenance work done worth over €10,000 are available.
