The Jaguar E-Type offered for sale here is a third series model with the 5.3 litre V12 engine. It was built in 1974 and shipped to its first owner in the USA. In 1995 it was imported into Germany and registered. The next owner restored the roadster between 2014 and 2015, a folder full of invoices proving the work done and the parts used. The technology and the cosmetics were completely overhauled and brought into an excellent condition, which was confirmed by a report in 2015 with a grade of 1 (mint).

During the restoration, the original engine (matching number), gearbox and differential were overhauled. The front and rear axles were also renewed, including the brakes. In addition to a new electric petrol pump and an improved ignition system, additional auxiliary units and the fuel system were overhauled and the tank was completely derusted and sealed again. The unwelded body was completely reworked and repainted, and the underbody was sealed with Mike Sanders. In addition to the interior, the roof including poles was renewed. Many other works and details are traceable on the basis of the invoices.

The result is a car that, thanks to careful care, is still in great condition today and knows how to convince with its English charm and purring V12.

The vehicle is located in our showroom in Stuttgart-Plieningen, close to the airport/trade fair. A test drive and an inspection on the car lift are possible by arrangement.

The sale takes place on request with new inspection, service and TÜV. We also offer a wide range of accessories for your new dream car. If required, we can also deliver the vehicle to you in a closed trailer.
