Dutch customs clearance certificate for the EU
- In the same family from 1973 to 2015
- A well-preserved car, no rust
- A very desirable roadster
The special feature of this car is that it has remained in the same family from 1973 to 2015! It changed hands from father to son in 1998, and today, the odometer shows only 50,364 miles (81,053 km) since new. The car was based in Corte Madera, California, and has survived very well thanks to the dry climate that prevails there. The car arrived in Europe in 2015 for a new Dutch owner. The colour of its body is original, as is the beige upholstery, which was redone a few years ago, like the dark brown soft top. With a four-speed manual transmission, and with its original radio and its air-conditioning system, this is a sound car, devoid of rust, a car which has obviously been well maintained and works well. It also has tinted windows and will be delivered together with an excellent dossier of documents, its original tools and its manuals.
With the 5.3-liter V12 engine, the E-type Series 3 was silky smooth and more refined than the six-cylinder versions. In roadster version, the E Type's ease of driving can be envied by most of models from that period.
