Description

This beautiful example of a 3.8L Series I E-Type Coupé in Racing Specification provides a rare opportunity to own a car with genuine competition history. The car is offered with a wealth of documentation - including its FIA Historic Technical Passports - and has been properly maintained throughout its racing career, as evident from its thorough service history.

Finished in eye-catching Opalescent Silver Blue, stunningly contrasted by the white racing roundels, with a grey interior and body coloured roll cage.

The car is fitted with a Custom Cages roll cage; Lifeline fire suppression system; electrical system kill switch; Weber carburettors and the stronger, full-synchro, 4-speed gearbox from the 4.2L car. The race-tuned engine was rebuilt by Rob Beere Racing to "Ultimate Race Engine" spec, and produces maximum torque of 317.7 lb-ft at 5400RPM and maximum power of 342bhp at 6000RPM.

Race preparation options for the car can also be discussed.
