The car we are offering for sale is a 1986 Ford Sierra Cosworth Group N with almost 47,255 kilometers (5-digit counter). The white livery has a blue-painted decoration (not vinyl) in a racing spirit and the interior is complete and compliant with the Group N regulations of the time.
The 204 hp 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine is original and has been maintained by the current owner and driver, a renowned Porsche specialist, to the highest standards. The gearbox and the rest of the transmission show no signs of malfunction. The engine starts and runs normally and is said to have its advertised power.
As far as the exterior of the vehicle is concerned, it is in good condition: the paintwork is well preserved, the painted decoration is present and all the aerodynamic appendages of the model are present. (spoilers, Hood scoops, ...)
As for the chassis, it is sound, the inside of the wings and axles have been visually inspected, as well as the wheel arches and do not seem to show any trace of rust or perforating corrosion. The exhaust system shows some signs of aging but is said not to be leaking.
