PRICE REDUCTION! The Ford Mustang was not only a resounding success when it was introduced. It is also an absolute evergreen as a classic car. Everyone immediately sees that a certain car is a Ford Mustang and thanks to a huge number of enthusiasts, these are extremely easy cars to maintain and all parts are more than readily available. This example was delivered new in the state of California in the United States in 1965 and has recently been completely restored by nut & bolt. The work was carried out by specialists at a very high level and the result is a beautiful Mustang convertible. The coolest thing about the car is the fact that the car has never left the state. The Mustang is equipped with an original California black plate. During the restoration, the opportunity was also taken to provide the car with some interesting upgrades.

During the restoration, the body was completely reduced to bare metal. The car was then rebuilt with a great sense of originality and precision and therefore looks beautiful. The sheet metal is nice and thin everywhere and the fits are correct. The car has been completely repainted and looks like it could go through a rig. The convertible top has already been renewed and looks beautiful. The hood is electrically operated and connects nicely everywhere. For the days when the hood can stay down, there is of course a tonneau cover available. The car is on original wheels with good tires in the correct sizes. At the rear of the car, the original decorative pieces stand out, a beautiful detail.

The interior was completely reupholstered during the restoration. The seats are covered with beautiful black vinyl, in the original style. The chairs and sofa look beautiful and the carpets are also in good condition. Furthermore, the unit for the air conditioning stands out in the interior. The instruments are all neatly looked after, function as they should and are all original. The controls are all neatly maintained and completely original.

The technology has already been completely overhauled and has been perfectly maintained since then. The 289 Cubic inches V8 is mated to an automatic transmission and runs beautifully. The engine immediately has a lot of torque at the bottom of the rev range and can be driven wonderfully relaxed thanks to the large displacement volume. The automatic transmission fits perfectly with the relaxed character of the Mustang and makes your life just that little bit easier. You only need to focus on steering. An aluminium radiator has been mounted and all hoses, pipes and cables have been replaced. The engine, therefore, starts super easy, runs beautifully through the entire rev range and sounds like only an old-school large V8 engine can. There is no substitute for Cubic Inches is again the motto here.

The Ford Mustang is of course not only a popular car for its good looks. The car offers you the opportunity to get in and get out again in the South of France. They are very solid cars with more than sufficient driving comfort to make a trip across Europe effortless possible.
