The body was healthy and had not suffered accidents: in fact, it was possible to do an overhaul from scratch, keeping all the original sheets.
The painting has been completely redone new. At this stage, sea teal colour 433 available on the 500 mod F of those years was chosen, replacing the old blue paint.

All gaskets were replaced. Instead, its original bumpers have been kept, complete with rostrum, as after careful polishing, the excellent state of conservation of the excellent chrome plating of the time has allowed its restoration. Even the bonnet handle (areal treat), made of aluminium and without a lock, is original like the aluminium lid of the license plate light and the headlights with their round frames.

Small details making a big difference compared to the spare parts of modern manufacture with which inevitably, given the extreme rarity of the original pieces available on the market, these small icons of Made in Italy motoring are restored most of the time.

The interior has been entirely redone new in "vipla", a more resistant and soft material than the cheapest imitation leather generally used. The colour chosen for the upholstery is aviation blue with cream-coloured crescent top also available at the time, which delivered an absolute chromatic harmony considering their combination with the external colour of the marine teal paint.
