Description

In 1993 Ferrari began to transfer some notions derived from Formula 1 experience to the new Berlinetta from Maranello, called F355. The main innovations brought by racing concerned: electronic injection, flat bottom, sequential gearbox and electronically controlled suspension adjustable from the cockpit to two different settings, Normal and Sport. The latter stiffened the suspension and, in the versions with electro-actuated sequential gearbox, speeded up shifting.
All versions of the F355 were available for the first time in Ferrari history, with the "F1 type" electro-actuated gearbox. The F1 gearbox, borrowed from the racing world, was a gearbox without a clutch pedal and controlled by 2 shift paddles located behind the steering wheel.
The engine, placed in a central position, was an 8-cylinder with 5 valves per cylinder, capable of 380 HP.
The F355 was also innovative thanks to a thorough study conducted by Pininfarina on aerodynamics.

This car comes in the rare "spider" version, but even more rare and sought after is the color combination between the dark blue of the bodywork and the elegant beige leather interior.
Furthermore, this wonderful F355 F1 has only 39,400 km and it has the service book.
