Ferrari 575M Maranello F1

If there’s one brand that knows how to perfection something perfect, it’s Ferrari. The mythical sportscar manufacturer surprised the whole world in the 90s by introducing the 550 Maranello, giving it even more Italian superiority with the 575M Maranello years after. The Ferrari-V12 powered beauty was (or is?) truly a perfect mix of a superfast grand tourer and a hardcore supercar. No wonder this extremely rare youngtimer is already a much wanted (future) classic.
In addition, this specific Ferrari 575M has the amazing Fiorano Handling Package, 19 inch Modular Wheels, Carbon Racing Seats and a gorgeous color combination. The Maranello is in excellent condition and perfectly maintained as well. All this perfection is fully documented, exactly the way it should be. Even the tools are 100% complete! Have a taste of perfectionism too and visit Prins Classics in Holland.

Exterior

The Ferrari 575M Maranello is the classic example of a traditional beauty with a long front and a 12-cylinder engine in it. Because why put something so stunning behind? The carefully facelifted Maranello front still attracts lots of attention and every design feature behind it is at least as exciting and timeless at the same time. In short, it’s a unique combination of distinctive sportiness and elegant modesty. Casted in a Grigio Titanio costume, the 575M definitely has the taste of the traditional Italian kitchen: perfect. The 19 inch rims, type "Modular", underline the stylish appearance of this Ferrari. Just wow.

Interior

The interior has been created with the same care and attention (or should we say "perfection"?). Carbon Racing Seats are upholstered with extremely beautiful and rare Cuoio leather - in this case also remaining in superb shape. Impeccable too is the half Nero, half Cuoio leather dashboard, Nero leather steering wheel, the Cuoio leather center console and door panels. The two-tone Ferrari-interior is perfectly finished within detail, looking at the Cuoio headliner + C-pillars, Nero floor carpets and ditto A- and B-pillars. Even the perforated aluminum sports pedals almost seem to be untouched…

Options

It’s difficult to give up perfection, let alone if you’re forced to do so in an illegal way. A built-in alarm system must help preventing a situation like this. Furthermore, the Ferrari 575M is equipped with xenon headlights to give you a clear view while driving at more quite moments: at night…

Technique & performance

In addition to the design, the technique also went back to the drawing board when the 575M was called to follow up the 550 Maranello in style. The numbers in the type designation refer to the capacity of the magical 12-cylinder, which was upgraded by 0.25 liters. A small change with a big impact: the power increased by 29 hp from 486 to 515, so the acceleration from 0-100 km/h could now be completed within 4.3 seconds, while the top speed increased to 325 km/h. The semi-automatic F1 transmission was new to the 550 / 575M model, but the unparalleled Ferrari driving sensation wasn’t. Looking forward to seeing you soon in Holland!

Kind regards,
Prins Classics
