EXTERIOR
This 458 Spider looks glorious in a coat of Grigio Silverstone paint, with its deep metallic flake contrasting the satin details on the rear panel and front bumper to perfection. The colour suits the athletic form of the 458 Spider, highlighting the various cooling and aerodynamic details from the front splitter and front wheel arch slashes to the rear lights which appear to ooze out of the bodywork. The 2 tone diamond cut alloys with the Giallo Modena brake calipers showing through complete a well matched and dramatic external appearance.

With full PPF from new the paint beneath is flawless and has no discernible marks to report. The roof works as it should, retracting in a swift 14 seconds, allowing for open air motoring and full volume from the V8 engine.

INTERIOR
The interior of this 458 Spider is exceptionally well appointed with Carbon Fibre Racing seats upholstered in luxurious Sabbia leather. The leather spans to the rear firewall and doors, contrasted superbly by colour upon request Nero stitching, extended Nero leather dashboard and matching carpets.

Balancing out the classic leather combination, the full carbon driving zone and steering wheel give a nod to the blistering performance potential of the 458. With just 1 owner from new the condition of the interior is superb, with the light leather showing minimal signs of wear and the carbon fibre trim pleasingly glossy and scratch free.

As is the way with most modern Ferrari’s all the usual creature comforts are present; with Sat Nav, Bluetooth, Nav Track, Dual Zone A/C and the all important Front Nose Lift specified on this particular example.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The Ferrari engine presents as a work of art and with the extroverted details the Italian marque is known for. This Spider erupts into life at the push of the steering wheel mounted start button and settles into a very purposeful idle. It has a distinctive timbre being a flat plane V8 with a banshee scream as the revs rise to 9000 rpm. The 7 speed dual clutch gearbox is incredibly fast and very much in keeping with the genre of car, yet smooth and imperceptible when driving at a more comfortable pace.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Fitted with optional 20″ 2 tone alloys, the bright diamond cut surface perfectly punctuates the dark Grigio paintwork. The Giallo Modena calipers show clearly through 5 spoke design, as do the huge optional carbon ceramic brakes which have very little wear, indicated as 12% front and 19% rear at a recent service reading.

All 4 corners are wrapped in premium Michelin Pilot Super Sport rubber with a good amount of tread at each corner.

HISTORY FILE
This 458 Spider was supplied new by Dick Lovett on 04/05/2013 to the cars first and only owner.

The car has been serviced annually by the supplying dealer under Ferrari’s 7 year service plan, with 7 stamps in the service book, the most recent of which was carried out on 11/06/2020 less than 100 miles ago.

Present with the car are multiple service invoices, PPF invoice from Topaz as well as the correct original book pack and 2 keys.
