Ferrari 365 GTB/4 "Daytona" as we like to see her, as original as possible. This car was delivered new in the United States and brought to the Netherlands by us. This is a beautifully unrestored Ferrari 365GTB/4 in a fantastic color scheme. The sheet metal is still as beautiful as on the day the car left the factory and of course, all chrome mouldings are in excellent condition. The car is on the original wheels with good Pirelli tires around it. The interior is completely original and of course the first thing that catches the eye is the Daytona-style seats. To this day Ferrari supplies "Daytona Seats" in other models, those seats are always inspired by the seats supplied in this model. The interior is covered with beautiful two-tone leather and is an absolute feast for the eyes. What we unfortunately cannot convey through this text or the photos is the fantastic smell, this car smells exactly like an old Ferrari should smell. The leather and the carpets are in very good condition, as are the beautiful brown carpets. As you would expect from a car of this caliber, the instruments and controls function exactly as they should.

The Daytona is powered by a Tipo 251 4.4 liter V12 engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission. Even a modern car has to be of good quality to rival this piece of Supercar Royalty. The engine produces 352 hp and makes the Daytona sprint from 0-100 in 5.4 seconds. The top speed is still an impressive 280 kilometres per hour. Don't let the age of this car fool you. The Daytona was developed when Ferrari was really at the top. This is reflected in the way the car is constructed. The transmission is of the transaxle type for optimum weight distribution and the wheel suspension has double wishbones all round and is fully independent. With the right driver and on the right track, there is very little that a Ferrari Daytona can keep up with. The engine in this example is in top condition and runs fantastic. The soundtrack up to 7,500 is pure nourishment for the soul and the way in which the transmission can be operated is beyond compare. Money doesn't buy happiness, but you have to trie really hard to be unhappy in a Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona.

But it's not just the good looks and the nice low mileage that make this Ferrari 365 GTB/4 so special. The way the car is documented is simply fantastic. The documentation has been kept up to date from day one and simply beautiful. In addition, the tool set is also present and the booklets have been preserved with the car. The Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona is absolute Ferrari Royalty, a typical supercar with which you, as the owner, please the whole world when you drive it for a while.

It must be strange if the status of the Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona does not increase much further in the coming years because in the current market it is perhaps one of the most undervalued classic Ferraris.
