Description

Having proven to be one of the most successful automobiles built by Ferrari, the iconic Dino 246 GT paved the way for the innovative mid-engined marques, with a design legacy that continues to provide inspiration to modern Ferrari.

One of just 488 UK RHD cars, this late E-Series example now presents beautifully in its original colour of Rosso Corsa with original factory Nero plastic seats. To compliment its factory-fresh look, custom made carpets have been manufactured by Tappezzeria Luppi in Modena.

Accompanying the car is a fantastic history - one that is particularly special to us at Foskers. Numerous invoices and letters date back to the early 80's, showing Foskers’ involvement with the car to date. It first became known to Bernard Fosker in the 80's, when he spared no effort to ensure a Concours standard of restoration for the owner at the time. This Dino then attended the Mas de Cos on the 50th anniversary of Ferrari, amongst a wonderful private collection owned by Pierre Bardinon.

Even with such a fantastic history, the car has had just 4 owners from new, and boasts a desirable low mileage, at just 27,000 miles, confirmed by numerous records of past MOTs.
