- A well maintained car
- Same owner for over 30 years
- Restoration dating back from 30 years ago, which proves quality of workmanship

The first convertible Traction Avant was unveiled in May 1934, a few weeks after the launch of the sedan. The front part was identical, but aft of the bonnet, it was specific. Besides the two front seats, two (smaller) places were available in the charming folding seats located at the rear of the car. On the 11 BL, the car was powered by the four-cylinder 1911cc engine.
The car that we offer has had three owners. In the same ownership since March 1985, it was fully restored by the previous owner. Since then, the car has hardly been used and comes in a remarkable state of preservation, which confirms the quality of the work done 30 years ago. Only to be used when the weather conditions were good, the body has not suffered from any corrosion. Only a few paint chips at the doors appear, but no trace of any impact or scratches on the wings and flanks. The chassis is sound, only a slight point of rust should be noted at the pedals. The interior has also been completely restored, the upholstery and carpets are all in excellent condition. The hood has been changed recently, and only a setting for reinforcements is expected. An amusing detail, it has a perfectly camouflaged car stereo in the glove box. During our drive, the car drove very well, to our satisfaction. The brakes, carburetor, rocker arms, lighter, fuel pump, fuel tank and brake master cylinder were changed at ACE Etoile Chatillon in 2005. And a final point is that Jacqueline Citroën, who the owners met at the "Bistrot André" in the 15th district of Paris, told them that it would have been her old car!
