Description

A superb Corvette C2 Stingray convertible from 1963, in very good mechanical and cosmetic condition.

This second generation Corvette, produced from 1963 to 1967, was inspired by the Corvette Q project.
The car was produced and designed by Peter Brock and Chuck Pohlmann under the supervision of Mitchell Stingray.

This rare Corvette C2 model from 1963, the fifth produced, as can be seen from the serial number with this deep red paint identical to the original, is matching numbers.

The mechanics of this sublime C2 have been fully redone:
engine, gearbox, axle, running gear, clutch, ground strap, engine compartment in 2021.
Its side-mounted exhaust provides incredible sensations!

You'll also appreciate its Horst manual transmission (suitable for races like the Indy 500) which few Corvettes are equipped with.
Its original colour (923A), Riverside red, is superb.
The upholstery and soft top were updated in 2019.

This vehicle has been registered in France and has passed its MOT as a classic car.
