This is one of only seven such vessels built by famous boat builder to be used in the Trofeo Rothmans race on Lake Como on 6th September 1981. All boats were raced by the Formula 1 stars of the time – Gilles Villeneuve, Didier Pironi, Riccardo Patrese, Beppe Gabbiani, Bruno Giacomelli, Jean Pierre Jarier, Eddi Cheever and Marc Surer. This boat is number 5 as raced by French ace Didier Pironi and is presented in well-conserved, original condition, complete with its Rothmans livery and Mercruiser 485 engine. It needs to be pointed out that this is not a racing boat made for competition but can be used for quiet family excursions as it is a true five seater boat.
