Description

First delivered in Caracas Venezuela in 1959, this car was orderd as a full-option example wearing the very rare (one of just 5, the only one still known to exist) Silberbeige paintwork and cognac leather interior trim. It quickly found its way back to Europe and went the Imperial garage in Paris. All previous owners are known, one of them being the famous German racer Hans-Dieter Blatzheim (winner of multiple races in the 60’s and 70’s).

Restored by the world’s top BMW V8-specialist Brummer and fully certified by BMW Group Classic in their Münich factory: They have awarded it with a gesamtszustandsnote 1.55!
BMW has invited this car to participate in the Pebble Beach concours d’elegance, a true testament to the quality, originality and rareness of this exquisite car.
