Description

The Bentley Continental Flying Spur, manufactured from 2005, can be described as a country house on wheels. Powered by a 6-litre W12 engine with 560 hp, coupled to a 6-speed automatic transmission that distributes power to all four wheels, the noble Briton boasts an interior that is second to none. The finest leather, elegant wood inlays, buttons and switches made of aluminum and, of course, every conceivable luxury feature such as navigation, telephone, electrically adjustable and heated front seats, an analogue Breitling clock and a 4-zone air conditioning system turn the interior into a mobile saloon. In 2006, 4’042 vehicles found a happy owner for a mere CHF 260’000. Our example was delivered in Vienna on 29 March 2006 and was probably transferred directly from the first owner to France, where it was first registered on 27 November 2006. According to the service book, the Flying Spur came to Switzerland in 2014 and was finally taken over by the last owner in 2020, with a good 131’000 kilometers on the clock. He loved to use his Bentley and also took good care of it. The last service was carried out in December 2022 at 139’533 kilometers. With just under 146’000 kilometers on the clock and a well-stamped service booklet, the noble saloon is in good to very good condition and will be handed over to a new aficionado of sophisticated driving culture with the last MOT completed in October 2024.
