Description
"The Bentley Arnage was launched in 1998, a large luxury saloon car that replaced the previous Bentley Turbo saloon. Built by Bentley Motors in Crewe from 1998 to 2009, the Arnage and its Rolls-Royce sibling the Silver Seraph, were introduced in the Spring of 1998 and were the first entirely new designs for the two marques since 1980 when the Silver Spirit and Mulsanne models were introduced. The Arnage Green Label was to be powered by a powerful BMW V8 engine with Cosworth-engineered twin-turbo chargers.
This handsome Bentley was registered in March 1999 and since then has covered less than 80,000 miles, an average of just over 3,000 miles per year. The car presents extremely well in Silver coachwork with recently Connollised parchment leather. The file for this classic British car contains a V5C registration document, a recently passed MoT test certificate and various bills and receipts for servicing work. These include invoices from marque specialist Silver Lady Services between 2012 and 2015 that total nearly £10,000. Recently recommissioned, this Bentley is offered at a fraction of its original cost and has even been professionally fitted with an LPG conversion to further reduce running costs. Consigned by Dominic Lake.
