This lovely green Austin Healey 3000 Mk3 was first registered in Holland on the 21st July 1964. This car quite rightly deserves the accolade of being named an exceptionally original example. Until recently this car has always been kept by its first owner and has only clocked up 84,181 km over the years. The car is extremely authentic and in a well cared for unrestored condition. It is obvious that the car was only used in fine weather. Bad weather meant the car being tucked up in a heated garage! This car therefore never needed fully restoring. It did have a cosmetic re-spray in the original green colour at some stage. The original chassis is as strong as an ox. The bodywork is completely original, rust-free with correct shut lines. The hood is in good condition and shuts tightly. The black leather interior trim is totally original. Not only has the exterior been well looked after, the mechanical side has also been treated with the upmost respect and that shows! The engine purrs along supplely and delivers more than adequate amounts of power. The manual 4-speed and overdrive shift sure-footedly without any play. Furthermore this Austin Healey benefits from a badge-bar and spotlights as well as a tonneau cover with a snug fit.
