This Austin Healey 3000 Mk1 was first registered in 1961. The 3000 Mk1 was the first of the so-called “Big Healey's”. This car has been fully restored and mechanically overhauled in the past. The chassis is as sound as a bell and rust-free. It had a re-spray in an original Healey red colour and is without blemish. The hood is in very good condition and is a tight fit. The matching tonneau is there for those days that allow the hood to be down. The very fine condition of the bodywork has correctly aligned shut lines. This Austin Healey also sports a badge bar, spot lights, an overdrive and wire wheels. The interior trim has been fully refurbished with black and red piped leather seats, new carpets and dashboard. This car is a British Heritage certified, matching numbers, Austin Healey in the factory issued finish. The straight-six runs magnificently and always produces more than adequate power.
