We have an absolute top quality 1960 Austin Healey 3000 MK1 BN7 overdrive. This is a complete ‘Bare-Metal’ / ‘Body-Off’ restoration and mechanical rebuild. This exceptionally thorough restoration took place in Germany by a specialist between 2008-2009. The bodywork is as good as new with arrow straight panel work with precise fittings. The paintwork and the chrome decorative strips are factory-fresh. The underbody is likewise as good as new, fully rust-protected and colour-coded. Every mechanical part has been either rebuilt or overhauled; this includes the engine, overdrive, gearbox, brakes, suspension and carburettors. Absolutely top-class! All work has been carefully documented with many photos and invoices. It has a two-tone finish of ‘White over Ice Blue’ with a navy blue leather interior trim, matching navy blue hood, complete tonneau and inset windows. It has chrome wire wheels and an overdrive. Both aesthetically and mechanically this MK1 is in absolute top-quality condition. It not only looks the part, it also operates and drives perfectly! In summery this is a full ‘Bare-Metal’ restored and very well documented Austin Healy 3000 MK1. Healeys like of this one certainly do not come along frequently!
