As a historic vehicle it is MOT and annual tax exempt. Until 31/12/20 no tax will be payable in other EU countries. I understand this car was originally purchased by a US soldier stationed in Germany who later took it back to the US (see window sticker). Sometime in its history the engine was upgraded to 3000 spec. It currently runs beautifully with strong oil pressure, no oil smoke and no overheating.

I brought the car to Italy to a specialist restorer to rectify certain age related defects and poorly executed repairs to the sills. I have had the chassis checked and report that it is straight. Body is now in very good condition with new paint in the original colour combination of metallic blue and ivory. Seats have been reupholstered, carpets and roof have been replaced. The side screens are also new. There is a new electronic distributor and coil. All parts were supplied by AH Spares in the UK.

I am selling this car as I have too many cars and wish to rationalise my collections to those that I drive more frequently. Furthermore my children are growing and no longer fit in the rear seats.
