Debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in 2004, the Vanquish SDP (Sports Dynamic Pack) was only available for a short period before production of the Vanquish S commenced in the same year.The Vanquish SDP featured several chassis and braking improvements over the standard car comprising stronger front suspension uprights, stiffer and shorter road springs and revised dampers with a 5mm lowering in height. The steering was also revised with higher gearing, giving 20% quicker responses. With front brake disc sizes increased and leading edge, 6 pot callipers fitted the braking was vastly improved.

The SDP package in total when added together, transformed the Vanquish, giving it agile handling and a more focused driven experience than previous examples, while benefitting from the slightly more relaxed touring biased gearing of the standard Vanquish. Visually, the SDP models can be identified by the distinctive, 30% lighter 9 spoke wheels, leading edge brake callipers and the Sports seats, first fitted to the SDP cars. Of the 94 full specification SDP Vanquish built, remarkably we understand just 5, were built in this specification.

This exceptional example, strikingly finished in very rare (1 of only 8 Vanquish finished in this colour) Tour de France Blue (Ferrari) with Obsidian Black hides is fitted with many options, including grey brake calipers, body colour door releases, platinum finish facia console, heated front seats, front stoneguards, powerfold exterior mirrors, rear parking sensors, 2+2 seating and an integrated telephone system.

First registered in July 2004 the car has covered just 16,800 miles from new. Previously supplied by us in 2011, the condition is superb condition throughout having been much cherished and enjoyed by its last owners. With all servicing having been carried out by us and Aston Martin main agents. Prior to handover to its next custodian, the car will receive a scheduled service, full preparation, Mot and 12 months warranty.
