Description
The Aston Martin Vantage, introduced in 2005, provided an entry model to the prestigious brand. It was the last design from Henrik Fisker and, in the €100’000 segment, was in direct competition to the Porsche 997, Ferrari 430 and Lamborghini Gallardo. In the third quarter of 2008, after three years production, a technically improved version of the V8 Vantage with an improved V8 engine hit the market. The automatic gearbox was equipped with a new software, the steering was modified and the suspension equipped with Bilstein dampers. The example offered had been ordered by its first owner, a VIP client from the Gaydon factory, directly at the works. Painted in “Rathlin Red” combined with a leather interior in “Tetre Rouge”, this Vantage certainly was unique. Naturally, the car was further improved with options such as a premium sound package, parking sensors to the front, special radiator grill, red callipers and other goodies. After delivery, the Aston spent most of its time in the collection of the first owner who, in March 2024, commissioned a careful recommissioning and servicing through specialists of the Stratton Motor Company in Norfolk. In June of the same year the noble coupé, with then only 370 kilometres driven, was taken over by the vendor who has used it for occasional outings since. With 2 owners and only 4’100 km driven, the Vantage is in outstanding original condition. The last MOT was completed in December 2013 but for a Swiss buyer the elegant Brit will be freshly MOT’d.
