2012 ASTON MARTIN V12 VANTAGE ROADSTER – 041 OF 101

Almost 5 years after Aston Martin announced their intention to squeeze their V12 engine into the Vantage chassis, the V12 Roadster, to much enthusiasm, was announced on the 10th July 2012. Instantly becoming Aston Martin’s most desirable car, the numbered, limited edition was quickly allocated.

In 2012, the price of the basic V12 Vantage Roadster was £150,000 although personalisation options would have taken the purchase price beyond this point. The 510 bhp V12 engine, driven through the 6-speed manual gearbox, powered the V12 Vantage Roadster to 190mph, with 0-60mph being achieved in just 4.1 seconds. Exhilarating indeed!

It is with great delight that we are now able to offer this superb, eye catching example, number 41 of the 101 production cars built, of which just 42 were UK right hand drive specification.

Finished in Morning Frost White over Spicy Red leather with a Grenadine Red convertible hood. In addition to standard V12 Vantage Roadster specifications, notable optional extras include Bang & Olufsen Beosound Audio, Red brake calipers, Piano Black fascia trim, front parking sensors, carbon fibre lightweight seats and a convertible wind deflector. The only variances to the ‘as built’ specification are the fitment of a discrete 3-way switchable exhaust switch and the alloy wheels changed to gloss black to compliment the carbon fibre body details. Returning the wheels to the original diamond turned finish can be arranged for the next keeper, if requested.

Supplied when new in December 2012 by Aston Martin Mayfair, this car was purchased by 2nd and last keeper from the same dealer in 2016. As one would expect from the low mileage covered, our pre-sale inspection confirms that the car is in superb condition throughout, with only the lightest evidence of use. Servicing has been carried out, annually, by Aston Martin main agents including its last scheduled service in September 2020.

Following an increasing admiration and demand for the V12 Vantage model in general, the exclusive and limited V12 Vantage Roadster is rare to market and highly sought after by both enthusiasts of the marque and ‘drivers’ alike who appreciate the, no longer available, aesthetic and performance characteristics, the model offers.
