2012 Aston Martin DBS Volante – ‘Carbon Edition’

The DBS Volante has now established itself as one of the most highly regarded models of the Gaydon production era and remains one of our most requested models, evidenced by the dwindling numbers available on the various car listing portals. Produced for just 3 years, a total of just 846 examples were built, for global consumption.

Towards the very end of the DBS Volante production period, Aston Martin offered ‘Carbon’ Limited Edition. Available in 3 colours; AML Carbon Black, Flame Orange or Ceramic Grey. The DBS Carbon Edition features 10-spoke gloss black diamond turned wheels, black brake calipers , black grille, black bonnet and side strake meshes, zircotec black exhaust tail pipe finishers, carbon fibre mirror heads, carbon rear lamp in-fills and smoked rear lights.
The cabin of the Carbon Edition DBS Volante is enhanced by special features such as Carbon Fibre upper fascia and piano black centre console, Carbon Fibre sill plaques with laser-cut ‘Carbon’ logos, Anodised black B&O Speaker grilles and Carbon Fibre trimmed paddle tips.

Using data supplied by the Aston Martin Heritage Trust, we can confirm that just 51 Carbon Edition DBS Volante’s were produced, including 22 for the UK market. All were specified with Touchtronic 2 Transmission. The price of the Carbon Edition DBS Volante started at £196,000.

The superb 2012 model year example we are now delighted to offer is finished in Ceramic Grey over Obsidian Black hides with silver stitching, one of just 11 UK market cars finished in this combination.
