Aston Martin has previously used the name DBS for a 1967 GT. This modern car replaces the brand's flagship, the Aston Martin V12 Vanquish.

The DBS has a six-litre V12 that can also be found in the DBR9. However, the engine has undergone thorough modifications to be suitable for the DBS. The end result is 517hp (380 kW) at 6,500 revs/min. and 569Nm of torque at 5,900 revs/min. The V12 has an extra air intake that opens as soon as the revs exceed 5,500, this way extra air is fed and the engine can cool better. All of this results in 0–100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h (198mp/h).

The engine and mechanics are in very good condition as well as visually. The car runs well, it’s powerful and a pleasure to drive. Another advantage is the original manual and a (complete) stamped service history.
