Description

"Regarded by many as one of the world's most beautiful cars when released in 1994, the DB7 received many subtle but effective changes over its 10-year life to complement the elegant body design. Originally designed by Ian Callum to be both beautiful and practical and encompass all the unmistakable DB styling cues, it was initially deemed a little underpowered and thus lacking in excitement. In 1999, the DB7 received significant enhancements with the introduction of the Vantage. The Vantage was the first Aston Martin to use the V12 engine and alongside styling changes enabled 420bhp.
This desirable and rare manual transmission DB7 Vantage Coupé is presented in the elegant colour scheme of Stronsay Silver with Parchment leather and black piping with a wood veneer fascia. It benefits from an impressive specification which includes heated front seats and front screen, aluminium pedals, Pioneer satellite navigation and bluetooth. The high level of equipment is matched by an equally substantial service history which shows 16 stamps in the service book and a file containing various receipts and old MoT test certificates. Offered to auction with a V5C registration document and an MoT test certificate valid until May 2020, this stunning example has the desirable combination of V12 power with its accompanying soundtrack through large bore tailpipes coupled with sumptuous luxury and effortless acceleration.
