Gegen Ende der Produktionszeit wurden zwei limitierte Versionen des Aston Martin DB7 vorgestellt: der DB7 Vantage Zagato und der DB 7 AR1, von denen je nur 99 Exemplare entstanden. Für beide Fahrzeuge schuf Andrea Zagato eine neue Karosserie.

Der DB 7 AR 1 wurde im Stile eines klassischen Roadsters ohne Vollverdeck ausgelegt und wurde sofort als eines der besten Designs angesehen, die Aston Martin und Zagato jemals produziert haben.

Dieses Sammlerfahrzeug mit der Nr. 21 von 99 und einer Laufleistung von 800 km hat nur einen Vorbesitzer und befindet sich in einem neuwertigen Zustand.

To the end of the production two limited versions of the Aston Martin DB 7 were presented: The DB 7 Zagato and the DB AR 1. Andrea Zagoto created the coachworks for both versions and it were only manufacted 99 exemplars each.

The DB 7 AR1 was designed like a classic roadster without a canopy and it was instantly regarded as one of the best designs that that both Aston Martin and Zagato had ever produced.
