Description

When Alfa Romeo introduced its Guilietta in 1954, it entered the world of ‘small cars-Big engines’
At that time dominated by British and sports cars and took a position there that it would never let go.
The Guilietta model was so well received and the high demand forced Alfa to adapt its production strategy and become a high volume producer.
Design master Pininfarina drew the sleek sports car based on the shortened chassis of the sprint. The Spider's 1300cc aluminum twin cam engine provided very lively performance together with the low weight of the self-supporting body.
All this topped with the characteristic Pininfarina style, resulting in sportiness coupled with an extremely elegant appearance.
The model offered here is the 101, on that model the already reliable 1300 engine was made even more robust.
The original Solex carburettor was also replaced by the Weber, which in turn ensures better performance.
All mechanics were meticulously taken care of by the current owner, and the condition of the car is as it was when it was just restored.
The color combination of white with the stylish and completely renewed black leather interior gives the car a timeless look.
The car exudes the timeless Italian flair, get behind the wheel and imagine yourself on the sunny Italian Riviera or shores of Lake Como. Instant summer feeling even in our own country.
