- Design of a timeless beauty
- High quality restoration
- An iconic model

The Giulietta Sprint was not planned for such a long career. Unveiled in 1954 at the Turin Motor Show, this attractive Bertone coupe saw immediate success. There is no shortage of arguments for it: double overhead camshaft engine in 1300cc, weight limited to just 850kg and enough power-to-weight to get the car to a top speed in excess of 160 km/h. Sporty and elegant, this delightful car sure enough made its mark on the history of the brand.

Having rolled out of the factory on the 3rd of December 1959, the Giulietta Sprint that we are offering was delivered on February 10, 1960 to Hofman Motor Car Company in New York. At that time, the exterior colour was black. The car then remained for 12 years in the United States before returning to Europe, acquired by the owner of an Alfa Romeo restoration workshop, well known in Holland. Although complete, the car has undergone a thorough restoration, carried out in the workshop owner. The restoration lasted two years and included a restoration of the original engine, with conversion to unleaded fuel. The gearbox was replaced by a version with five-speed and disc brakes were fitted to the front (the drums were stored and will be delivered with the car). Restored to new, the chassis and body were treated against rust and a new paint colour of sky blue for the outside was done, a colour that blends perfectly with the clean lines of this elegant coupe. Accessories and trims are in excellent condition and the interior has been restored using original materials. All these works were carried out without any consideration of costs, the aim being to make this Giulietta Sprint one of the finest possible. The car behaves perfectly well in modern traffic, and will surely bring to its new owner many years of driving pleasure.
